RE: Best route Dutch John Utah Ashton Id

Okay, I'll take a shot. N US 191 to I-80. W to US 30. N to Montpelier, ID. Now you have a choice - you can stay on US 30 N and then take I-15 N to Idaho Falls, then US 20 to Ashton. This route is relatively flat and a pretty easy pull. If you want to see the Wyoming Range and the Tetons, take US 89 N from Montpelier to Alpine, WY, then US 26 to Swan Valley, ID, then ID 31 to Victor. It's a decent climb between Swan Valley and Victor, but doable. Then take ID 33 to just past Tetonia and turn right onto the last stretch, ID 32 to Ashton. You may be tempted to take US 191 and WY 2 over Teton Pass to get to Victor, but it is a 10% grade on both sides of the pass and probably not the best choice for your MH towing a F-150.

RE: Rant: recreation.gov

One of my family members is a programmer that is CONTRACTED to write the code for the web site. Her hands are tied. She can only do as she is told. Remember the government employees (I was one) are NOT motivated to help you. They are motivated to keep their jobs and to make sure the program need to be improved so they can get a larger budget next year. ALWAYS GROW THE DEPARTMENT. I'd like to contact Julie McPherson at Booze Allen. It can be done w LinkedIn Premium (which I'm not buying) or reverse engineering her email. Can anyone one help w either of those? The most common Booz Allen Hamilton email format is _ (ex. [email protected]), which is being used by 99.0% of Booz Allen Hamilton work email addresses.

RE: New to 5th wheeling

If you want to avoid most of I-5, take CA 16 from I-5 at Woodland up to CA 20, then west over to US 101. Agree with checking bed clearance with Megacab regardless of hitch - watch the cab to 5th front clearance when backing up.
